Knife has a 4-1/4" SS 420 stainless steel blade, 3/32" (1.8 mm) thick, with a serrated sharp edge, SS front bolster with thumb support, and a triple riveted handle. Handle is made of stainless steel with a shiny finish. The serrated sharp blade makes impeccable cuts, in any kind of meat.

Use & Care
Knife is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
These are nice knives for a set - affordable and doesn't rust. Laguiole style knives are always a staple in our opinion, and these were a good find. The pine block is also great for keeping them safe when not in use, plus it looks nice next to our regular block chef knife set we have. The handles have a little weight to them (meaning they don't feel cheap) but they are nice for the hand. Worth the buy!
