Modern design Santoku knife, from our Piano Collection. It has a very sharp 5-1/2" blade made of durable high carbon stainless steel, full tang, which adds weight and improves balance. Front and rear bolster are also made of stainless steel.
Stunning handmade handle combines deer stag horn, different Brazilian and African hardwoods, like Pau Santo, bubinga and jatoba; synthetic resin, and brass rings.
In this case, the joy of cooking comes in two areas. On one side, it's a versatile and functional knife. Because of its small size you can use it as a utility knife, a light cleaver and a cook knife, for preparing Asian style food and also European and American recipes. Blade made of high carbon steel (12C27) with 13.5% chromium, is 5-1/2" long and 1/16" thick; and has 56-58 RC hardness. It is incredibly sharp and has good corrosion resistance.
