Vegetable knife from our Forjada Collection, has a 4-3/4" forged blade, drop point style, with a steel bolster for hand protection and a durable, black POM handle, triple riveted.
This is a high-quality mid-size knife designed for preparing fruits and vegetables. Comfortable for daily use at home or in a professional kitchen.
Blade made of forged AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) is 4-3/4" long and 3/32" thick. It has a 50 RC hardness which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
