Curel 3-7/8" Forged Paring Knife - Black POM Handle

Drop point style paring knife from our Forjada Collection, has a 3-7/8" forged blade, a steel bolster for protecting your hand and a durable black POM handle, triple riveted.

This is a high-quality short knife specially designed for preparing fruits and vegetables.

Comfortable for daily use at home or in a professional kitchen.

Blade made of AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) is 3-7/8" long and 3/32" thick. It has 50 RC hardness which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
