Curel 2-3/4" Forged Peeling Knife - Black POM Handle

This hawkbill peeling knife from our Forjada Collection, has a 2-3/4" forged blade with a triple riveted black POM handle.

The curved shape of this blade makes an easy job of peeling potatoes, vegetables and fruits. It is also practical for preparing decorative garnishes or removing spots.

Good for daily use in any home or professional kitchen.

Blade made of forged AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) is 2-3/4" long and 9/64" thick (3.5 mm). This top quality has 50 RC hardness, which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
