Drop point style cooks knife from our Forjada Collection, has a 7-7/8" forged stainless-steel blade, triple riveted, with black POM handle that provides a comfortable grip.
This mid-size professional knife can handle a wide range of tasks in a kitchen with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables, slicing beef, poultry or fish, to butchering pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
Blade made of forged AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) is 7-7/8" long and 3/16" thick (4.5 mm). This is top quality steel with 50 RC hardness, which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
