This large cook's knife from our Professional Collection, has a 9" drop point style blade and a black PP handle that provides a comfortable grip.
This professional knife is quite versatile and can handle all big tasks in a kitchen with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables, slicing beef or fish, to butchering big pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
Handle is available in two colors: black and red, for general use or beef, respectively.
This color option is useful in professional kitchens in order to avoid cross contamination.
Blade is made of AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium), is 9" long and 1/8" thick (3 mm). It has a 50 RC hardness, and which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended in order to maintain sharpness.
