This large full tang cleaver, from our Professional Collection, has 7-1/8" blade with a straight edge and a black PP synthetic handle.
This versatile cleaver has enough length and weight for handling all kinds of meat and bones as well as fish and vegetables. Excellent choice for a professional kitchen, meat processing facility or supermarket.
Blade is made of AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) that is 7-1/8" long and close to 1/4" thick (5.5 mm). It has 50 RC hardness which ensures a long-lasting sharpness.
Handle is made of Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended in order to maintain sharpness.
