Curel 8-1/2" Forged Steel Chef's Knife - Bubinga Wood Handle
This chef knife has a 8.5" high carbon stainless steel blade and a triple riveted wood handle that provides a very comfortable grip.
This large professional knife can handle a wide range of tasks in a kitchen, with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables, slicing beef or fish, to butchering large pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
Blade is made of AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) and is 11" long and 1/8" thick (3 mm). It has a 50 RC hardness which ensures long lasting sharpness.
Handle is made of bubinga wood, which is strong and durable.
