This large chef knife from our Forjada Collection, has a 11-3/4" drop point style blade in forged stainless steel and a comfortable and durable, black POM handle, triple riveted.
This is a professional knife, capable of handling big tasks in the kitchen, safely and efficiently. From chopping vegetables, slicing beef or fish, to butchering large pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
Blade made of AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) is 11-3/4" long and 3/16" thick (4.5 mm). It has a 50 RC hardness which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
