This chef knife from our Forjada Collection has a 10-1/4" drop point style blade in forged stainless steel and a comfortable and durable triple riveted black POM handle. It must be noted that a forged blade is one of the best quality knives in hardness, sharpness and durability.
This is a professional level knife, capable of handling big tasks in the kitchen safely and efficiently.
From chopping vegetables and slicing beef or fish, to butchering big pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
10-1/4" long, 3/16" thick (4.5 mm) and has a 50 RC hardness that ensures a long-lasting sharpness.
Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
