Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
You must use the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of this page and include your order and item information for processing. Please allow up to 3 business days for response.
If your address in the US, you will be provided a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back to us.
If your address is outside the US, the return label must be purchased by the buyer. The return address is:

The item must be in sellable condition and must include the original manufacturer’s packaging and shipping voucher.
Once we receive the item we will issue a refund, minus the cost of shipping & handling, and applicable fees in case of special situations: if package was shipped from outside the US and there was a customs expense; if item is damaged, or the packaging is missing. If the item is found to be defective, return shipping costs will be waived. Refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Custom-made, special-order items or Final Sale marked orders are only eligible for return or exchange, except when there is a manufacture defect.
