Nicul 4-1/4" Curved Spatula - POM Handle

This curved spatula has a 4-1/4" rectangular blade, with a black POM synthetic handle, triple riveted.

Convenient tool for moving food on a steel surface or grill. Not recommended for Teflon coated surfaces.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel spatula that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. The blade is 4-1/4" wide, and hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer.
