Curel 8" Forged Carving Knife - Black POM Handle

Drop point style carving knife, from our Forjada Collection, has an 8" forged blade with a comfortable and durable black POM handle.

This knife is the right tool for easily slicing thin pieces of large fruits and vegetables, such as pineapple, butternut squash, etc.

Modern design and convenient for use on a daily basis, is good for a professional kitchen or serious home cook.

Blade is made of AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium), has 8" long and 9/64" thick (3.5 mm). It has a 50 RC hardness which ensures long lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
