Curel 7-7/8" Pastry Slicing Knife - Black PP Handle

This mid-size pastry slicing knife from our Professional Collection, has a 7-7/8" long blade and a durable black PP handle.

This knife has a wide blade with straight edge, specially designed for slicing cakes, lasagna, quiches and other soft preparations.

Useful knife in any home or professional kitchen.

Blade made of AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium), is 7-7-8" long and 1/16" thick (2 mm). It has a 50 RC hardness which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
