Drop point style carving knife from our Forjada Collection, has a in 6-1/8" forged stainless-steel blade with comfortable and durable triple riveted black POM handle.

This knife is the right tool for easily slicing thin pieces of roasted beef, ham or turkey.

Modern contemporary design is versatile for daily use in a home or professional kitchen.

Blade made of AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) is 6-1/8" long and 9/64" thick (3.5 mm). It has 50 RC hardness which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Item weighs 6.3 oz. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
