Nicul Spirit 3-1/2" Vegetables Knife - Titanium Blade - PP Handle

This paring knife from our Spirit Collection has a 3-1/2" drop point style blade (spine and edge are curved) with hard Titanium coating, and a comfortable green PP handle.

This versatile knife is good for many tasks in the kitchen, like peeling, cutting, dicing and chopping vegetables and fruit. A necessity for every cook at home or in a food processing facility, like a restaurant. And will add a touch of color to your kitchen.

Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600 °F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 3-1/2" long and 3/32" thick. Hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
