This bread knife from our Spirit Collection has an 8-1/4" serrated blade with a hard Titanium coating, and a comfortable orange PP synthetic handle.
This knife's serrated edge makes an easy task of slicing both soft and crusty bread. Practical for daily use, will also add a touch of color to your kitchen.
Specifications
Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600°F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 8-1/4" long and 3/32" thick. Hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.

Use & Care
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
