Nicul Madera 4-1/4" Vegetables Knife - Cherry Wood Handle

This vegetables knife from our Madera Collection has a 4-1/4" blade, full tang, and a durable cherry wood handle with four rivets.

Beautiful and modern design. The right tool for cutting and chopping vegetables and fruit. Good for any professional or home kitchen.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has 54-56 hardness and is tempered at 1900 °F for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 4-1/4" long and 3/32" thick.  Handle is made of extremely hard and durable Brazilian cherry wood (crushing strength is 11,780 lb/in²).
