3-1/2" peeling knife from our Madera Collection, full tang blade, has a durable cherry wood handle with four rivets.

Specifications
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has 54-56 RC hardness and is tempered at 1900°F for better sharpness and rust resistance. Handle is made of extremely hard and durable Brazilian cherry wood (crushing strength is 11,780 lb/in2).
Knife is corrosion resistant.
