M&G 4-3/4" Paring Knife - Anti-Adherent Coated Blade - POM Handle

This professional grade paring knife has a 4-3/4" precision stamped and forged blade, coated in black non-stick Teflon, full tang, with a steel bolster for hand protection, and durable POM synthetic handle, triple riveted.

The Teflon coated, versatile blade will help you cut and shape fruits or vegetables neatly and easily.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel is 4-3/4" long and is 3/32" (2 mm) thick. Blade is Teflon coated and has 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer.
