Curel 6-1/4" Cleaver - Black PP Handle

This 6-1/4" full tang cleaver from our Professional Collection, has a straight edge and a black PP synthetic handle.

This versatile mid-size cleaver handles all kinds of meat and bones as well as fish and vegetables.

Practical choice for a home or professional kitchen.

Blade is made of AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) and is 6-1/4" long and 3/16" thick (5 mm), which makes it extremely strong. It has a 50 RC hardness that ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
