This 5-1/8" full tang cleaver from our Professional Collection, has a straight edge and a black PP synthetic handle.

This versatile small-size cleaver handles all kinds of meat and bones as well as fish and vegetables.

Practical choice for a home cook or professional kitchen.

Blade made in AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium), 5-1/8" long and 3/16" thick (5 mm), which is extremely strong. It has a 50 RC hardness which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
