Specifications
Blade made of Chrome-Molybdenum Vanadium (X50CrMoV15) stainless steel that have 55-57 RC hardness, which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Blade thickness is in the range of 3/32" and 1/8" (it depends on the knife size). Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer.
