All knives have Molybdenum Vanadium forged stainless steel blades, with 53-56 RC hardness. Blade length and thickness varies depending on the type of knife and range from 1/16" to 1/8" (2 to 3 mm). Handle is made in Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer.
