Nicul Probig Slicing Knife - Red PP Handle

This long slicing knife (two options: 13-3/4" and 15-3/4") in MV stainless steel, from our Probig Collection, has a comfortable and durable red PP handle.

This large slicing knife is an all-purpose tool for slicing ham, roast beef, large pieces of meat or charcuterie.

Excellent addition to a professional kitchen or food processing facility.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
