Drop point style utility knife from our Forjada Collection, has a 5-7/8" forged blade with a comfortable and durable black POM handle, triple riveted.
This versatile professional knife works well in larger paring tasks, such as slicing and trimming vegetables and fruits, and also small-size pieces of meat.
A good assistant when preparing a meal, and an excellent option for a serious cook.
Specifications
Blade made of forged AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) is 5-7/8" long and 9/64" thick (3.5 mm). It has 50 RC hardness, which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Use & Care
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
