Contemporary steak folding knife inspired in the classic French Laguiole design that you can carry everywhere, all the time, for enjoying your steak whenever it happens or as an everyday pocketknife. It has a high carbon stainless steel blade, front bolster; finger holder with the famous bee design and a triple riveted wood handle. Includes a gift box with magnetic lid.

Knife has 7-5/8" total length when open and 4-3/8" when folded. Blade has 3-1/2" length, is made of AISI 440 high carbon stainless steel (0.95% carbon, 16% chromium) and is 3/32" thick (2.5 mm). Hardness is 56-59 RC which insures a long-lasting sharpness.

Handle is made of Maple wood, or Packwood or Rosewood, with an elegant matte finish. Front bolster, and three rivets are made of stainless steel.

Designed in France and made in China.

Handwashing and drying are recommended. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
