This cleaver has a 6" forged blade, full tang and has a black PP synthetic handle. Blade has a hole for hanging it on a wall or inside a cabinet.
This versatile, mid-size cleaver is strong enough for cutting and chopping all kinds of meat and bones as well as fish and vegetables. It's the right tool for butcheries, fisheries, restaurant kitchens, supermarkets and other meat processing facilities.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 6" long and 5/32" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC.
Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
