This Galicia style cleaver has an 8-5/8" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang, and a stainless-steel handle, triple riveted.
This mid-size cleaver is an all-purpose tool, ideal for chopping vegetables, and strong enough for chopping large chunks of meat and bones. It has a curved edge for facilitating horizontal cuts with a rocking movement. The ideal tool for professional chefs and home cooks.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel is 8-5/8" and is 3/16" (5 mm) thick. It has 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of stainless steel.

Cleaver is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
