Nicul Star 9-3/4" Chef's Knife - POM Handle

9-3/4" chef knife from our Star Collection, has a drop point style blade and a black POM handle with steel ring that provides a good and comfortable grip.

This Asian style design, full-size Chef knife is the top of the line. It can handle all big tasks in a kitchen with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables and slicing beef or fish, to butchering big pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
