Nicul Spirit 9-3/4" Chef's Knife - Titanium Blade - PP Handle

This chef knife from our Spirit Collection has a 9-3/4" blade with a hard Titanium coating, and a green PP handle that provides a good grip.

This versatile, professional knife can handle all big tasks in a kitchen, with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables and slicing beef or fish, to butchering big pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.

Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600 °F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 9-3/4" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
