Nicul Prochef 9-1/2" Butcher Knife - Red PP Handle

9-1/2" butcher knife in MV stainless steel, from our Prochef Collection, has a comfortable and durable red PP handle.

The HACCP has assigned the color red to the exclusive handling of raw meats.

This mid-size butcher knife has been designed and used primarily for the butchering or dressing of animal carcasses of any size.

Excellent for a professional kitchen, or meat processing establishment.

Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC.

Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
