5-1/8" boning knife from our Pro Collection, has a trailing point style blade, and a comfortable yellow PP handle. This midsize knife is intended for de-breasting chicken, turkey or any poultry, as well as scraping the last bits of meat from the bone. Good for daily use, in a professional or home kitchen.
Blade made of SS420 stainless steel, which has a hardness of 55-57 RC. Blade is 5-1/8" long and 3/32" thick. Item weighs 3.0 oz. Handle is made of Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
