4-3/4" utility knife from our Star Collection, has a trailing point style blade, and a comfortable and durable black POM handle with a steel ring.

This versatile utility knife works best in larger paring tasks, such as slicing and trimming vegetables and fruits.

Asian design, this practical knife is a good assistant when preparing any meal.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900 °F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
