9" bread knife from our 21st Collection, has a serrated blade, and a comfortable, triple riveted, yellow POM handle.
The serrated blade makes it easy to slice both soft and crusty bread.
Practical for daily use, will also add a touch of color to your kitchen.
Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 9" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
