This chef's knife, from our Master Collection, has a 9-3/4" blade with a hard Titanium coating, and a yellow POM handle, triple riveted, that provides comfortable grip.
This versatile, professional knife can handle all tasks in a kitchen, with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables, slicing beef or fish, to butchering big pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600°F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 9-3/4" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
