This chef knife from our Master Collection has a 11-3/4" drop point style serrated blade, full tang, with comfortable triple riveted POM handle that provides a comfortable grip.
This large chef knife can handle all big tasks in a kitchen with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables, slicing beef or fish, to butchering big pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
Handle available in two colors: black and blue.
Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 9-3/4" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
