This carving knife from our Master Collection has a 6-5/8" drop point style blade with a hard Titanium coating, and a comfortable white POM handle, triple riveted.
This knife is the right tool for easily slicing thin pieces of roasted meat, ham or turkey. Good for a cook at home or in a food processing facility, like a restaurant or butchery.
Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600°F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 6-5/8" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
