This utility knife from our Master Collection has a 5-1/8" drop point style blade and comfortable yellow POM handle, triple riveted.

This versatile utility knife works well in larger paring tasks, such as slicing and trimming vegetables and fruits. A good assistant when preparing a meal.

Good for professional and home kitchens, and food preparation facilities. 

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 5-1/8" long and 3/32" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
