Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 5-1/8" long and 3/32" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
