This small cleaver has a 5-1/2" blade with a slightly curved edge and is full tang. It has an attractive bronze bolster and a Jatoba cherry wood handle, which gives a luxury touch in any kitchen. Blade has a hole that can be used for hanging the cleaver on wall or cabinet.
This versatile cleaver can easily handle regular size pieces of meat and bones as well as fish and vegetables. It's a good option for a chef or a serious cook at home or at a professional kitchen. On the other side, it's also an interesting gift for any cooking aficionado.
Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel, tempered at 1900 °F for better sharpness and rust resistance. It is 5-1/2" long and 5/32" (4 mm) thick and it has 54-56 RC hardness, which ensures a long-lasting sharpness.
Handle is made of Jatoba wood which is beautiful and durable.
