This boning knife from our Prochef Collection has a 5-1/2" blade and a black PP handle that provides a comfortable grip.
Ideally suited for deboning chicken or turkey. Good for a professional or home kitchen, and for a food processing facility.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has 54-56 RC hardness and is tempered at 1900 °F for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 5-1/2" long and 3/32" thick. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
