Nicul Classic 3-7/8" Paring Knife - Sheepsfoot Blade - POM Handle

3-7/8" paring knife from our Classic Collection, has a sheepsfoot style blade and a comfortable and durable double riveted POM handle.

This is a short knife especially suited for the preparation of fruits and vegetables.

Comfortable for daily use, will add a touch of color to your kitchen.

Handle available in four colors: yellow, red, green and blue.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 3-7/8" long and 3/32" thick.  Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
