3-7/8" drop point style paring knife from our Master Collection, has a comfortable and durable, triple riveted POM handle. Small-size knife suited for preparing small vegetables and fruit.

Versatile and comfortable for daily use at home or in a professional kitchen.

Handle is available in two colors: black and green.

Specifications

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 3-7/8" and 3/32" thick.  Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Use & Care

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
