This chef knife from our Probig Collection has a 13-3/4" drop point style blade (curved edge) and an orange PP handle, which is durable and comfortable.
This large knife is suited for the preparation of medium to large pieces of beef, poultry, pork or ham.
Good option for a chef at a restaurant, a serious cook at home or a meat processing facility.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 13-3/4" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
