Nicul Prochef 11-3/4" Chef's Knife - PP Handle

This chef knife from our Prochef Collection, has 11-3/4" drop point style blade, and a comfortable PP handle.

This large knife is a professional grade tool that can handle many tasks in the kitchen and is especially suited for preparing medium to large size beef, poultry, pork and ham. Because of its size and strength, it can also be used as a butcher knife

Comfortable for daily use, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that is tempered at 1900 °F for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 11-3/4" long and 5/32" (4 mm) thick. It has 54-56 RC hardness. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
