M&G 8" German Chef's Knife - POM Handle

This German design chef knife has an 8" precision stamped and forged blade,  full tang, stainless steel bolster and POM synthetic handle, triple riveted.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel is 8" long and thickness is slightly less than 3/16" (4.5 mm). It has 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer. Item weighs 8.7oz.
