M&G 6-7/8" German Utility Knife - POM Handle

This German design butcher utility knife has a 6-7/8" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang, POM synthetic handle, triple riveted. 

This butcher utility knife is intended for larger butchering tasks, like cutting up chicken or turkey, and cooked or raw meats, but can also handle many other small to mid-size tasks. Good for food processing facilities, restaurant and home kitchens.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel is 6-7/8" long has and is 3/32" (3 mm) thick. Blade has 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a high resistance and stable synthetic polymer.
