This carving fork from the Forjada Collection has two sharp tines designed to penetrate meat and hold it securely.
It's the right tool for holding a turkey, roast or any meat in place while carving.
Combines with the 9-1/8" carving knife of the same Collection for having a carving set.
Fork made of AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) has 8" long and 50 RC hardness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Fork is dishwasher safe, however, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
