Top Knife Depot warrants that every product sold shall be free of defect in material or workmanship for the time periods indicated on the Manufacturer’s Product Warranty. The sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty is the repair or replacement of the defective product. Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover any other conditions or subsequent developments such as those attributable to the use of the products for purposes other than generally accepted best industry practices, minor imperfections, surface markings due to shipping and handling, minor color variations, normal wear, or damage from misuse or abuse such as dishwasher or harsh cleaning methods, neglect, accident, or alterations.
